People of Leisure reserves the right to update, change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such revisions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, and any such notice may be given through any means, including but not limited to posting of the revised terms on the Website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement for revisions and modifications that may affect your rights or obligations hereunder. You agree that you shall be bound by any such modifications to those terms. ANY ACCESS OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE BY YOU AFTER NOTICE OF REVISIONS SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE DEEMED YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE REVISED TERMS.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by People of Leisure. People of Leisure may terminate these Terms without notice and at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the website and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Content (as defined herein) and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms shall survive termination. People of Leisure shall also have the right without notice and at any time to terminate the Website or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through the Website, or to terminate any individual's right to access or use the Website or any portion thereof.
Orders
Placing an Order: After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can review your selections, update quantities, remove items or return to the detail page of the product. Once reviewed you have the option to continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. We do NOT mail orders or phone orders.
Order Confirmation: After you click “Submit Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
Cancelled orders: If the item that you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers, you will be contacted within 48 hours. If you ordered more than one item, the other items will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be cancelled.
Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Sales tax will be charged when applicable. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.
In some instances, we have products that are popular and go out of stock quickly. If you happen to purchase one of these items and you are charged for it, you can request a refund on the item. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.
Discount codes are only valid for the times stated and will not be honored after their expiration date.

People of Leisure uses the latest version of SSL to keep our customers’ information safe. SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the internet. Should you forget your password, we will email you a new temporary password. This is the best way to protect your information as sending your existing password via email is not safe.
