Shipping

Shipping orders: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation.

All orders shipped will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a valid physical shipping address where someone will be present to sign for the package. After 3 attempts of delivery for signature, the package will be returned to the shipper and the customer will be held responsible for the freight charges incurred both ways, irrespective of the free shipping offered at the time of order.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Express Shipping

Express orders placed before 3 PM(PST) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped out on the next business day.

International Shipping

People of Leisure ships to all countries currently serviced by FedEx or UPS. Please email us at info@peopleofleisure.co if you have any issues placing an international order or if you do not see your country listed when checking out.

Transit Time

Typical transit time for international orders is 5-7 days. Once the order reaches the ship to country, it may take additional days for your shipment to be cleared through customs. Customs clearance times vary by country and are at the discretion of the customs agency in the destination country.

Taxes & Duties

The international shipping charge does not include customs duties/taxes, which may be charged separately by the carrier. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. For more information, consult your local customs office.

All international shipments are final sale (no returns or exchanges accepted).
